The staff-to-resident ratio at the Lodge far exceeds health licensing requirements, and we are proud to be ranked among the highest in quality of service in our industry. We have a dedicated team of four Registered Nurses during both day and evening shifts, ensuring continuous, high-quality assistance. Our team of Registered Nurses and Care Aides assess each resident's needs daily and assure their overall well-being by working closely with family and other health professionals, forming a collaborative network centered around the resident's care.
